The Client, while looking for a new home just outside of San Francisco, wanted
to upgrade the interiors of his rental home. We decided only to make minor structural
changes by relocating doors, upgrading the kitchen layout, powder room and laundry
areas. All other changes would be accomplished with millwork, interior finishes
and new furniture. Unfortunately, the project was cancelled as a result of the
fallout in investments in Silicon Valley
